We have moved!

In November 2023, we moved to Sweden. We initially rented a home there until we found our own place. And after 1.5 years, we finally bought our own house!

We bought a typical Swedish red house with a large garden, a small guesthouse, and a large shed. We are incredibly happy, and this is truly a perfect spot for us! We have plenty of plans and will share them with you eventually, but for now, we are busy moving. That’s quite a lot of work, as our new house is over an hour away from our old house, and we’ve been driving back and forth ourselves with our belongings. All items have now been moved to our new house, but we still need to unpack everything and find a place for it all, and that will take some time.

Our dogs are extremely happy with the beautiful large garden and have plenty to discover. Fido and Nola have been to different places often (moving, visiting, and camping) so they are used to things, but Evi grew up in Åsenhöga, where she hasn't seen many places other than home and the woods, and occasionally a trip to the city, dogs shows and dog training. Evi therefore prefers to stay as close to us as possible, while Fido and Nola explore the garden. Nola loves to run around and discover all possible spots, while Fido has already found his fixed spot where he is convinced there is a mouse underground/under the shed (and that must, of course, be well guarded).

Raising a litter of puppies, especially in the final weeks, is a full-time job. It was therefore not easy to pack all our belongings while we also had to take care of our pups. We received the keys to our new house the day before the last pup from the 2025 litter departed. It has been an intensive period, which is not over yet, as there is still plenty to do... But once everything is somewhat organized, we will have enough time to catch our breath and enjoy the beautiful place that is now truly our own (I can barely believe it!).
