A puppy from our kennel
“Ad Vitam Amicus” means a friend for life. We are committed to find a loving forever home for each of our puppies, where they can experience a lifetime of happiness and love. We raise our puppies with the greatest care and attention and of course we want them to end up well.

Our goal
Occasionally, we breed a litter of show-line English Cocker Spaniels with great love and attention. We prefer all color variations with tan.
By carefully selecting the best parent combinations, our top priority is breeding healthy puppies with stable temperaments that are perfectly suited as balanced pets within a family. We strive to achieve the official breed standard as closely as possible with each puppy. Our goal is to preserve and enhance the breed's positive characteristics, so that each puppy truly reflects what a Cocker Spaniel should be.
In addition, when choosing our parents, we carefully consider coat quality, among other things, with the aim of breeding puppies with a beautiful, high-quality coat that is easy for the future owner to maintain.
Method
We do not work with a traditional waiting list, but with a slightly modified puppy list. This means that we assign a puppy to the person we believe is the best match for a particular pup. Of course, we also take into account that the person who contacts us first may be considered earlier for a puppy if suitability is similar. Registering for the list does not guarantee a puppy. People on the puppy list will be kept informed of upcoming breeding plans.
We always reserve the right to refuse you a puppy, just as you have the right not to purchase a puppy from us. Until all forms have been signed, a puppy always remains our property.
Puppylist
You may have decided to bring an English Cocker Spaniel puppy into your home. If you are interested in a puppy from our kennel and would like to be placed on our puppy list, we would appreciate receiving a detailed email in which you tell us more about yourself, your living and work situation, and your experience with dogs. You can also indicate if you have any preferences for a puppy, such as gender or color.
When a litter of puppies is on the way, we would like to meet with you through a conversation. You will then receive an email with more information about the planned litter and a link to schedule a meeting. This can be done over the phone, via video call, or by visiting in person. This way, we can get to know you better, and you can also ask us any questions you may have.
Our puppies
When the puppies are 8 weeks old, they are ready to leave for their new family.
The puppies are then:
- Registered with the Swedish kennel club SKK
- Chipped
- Vaccinated for distemper, liver disease, parvo and parainfluenza
- Regularly dewormed
- Insured for hidden defects up to the age of 3 years (dolda fel försäkrade)
- Inspected by a veterinarian (maximum 7 days before departure)
The puppies will leave with:
- A pedigree of the Swedish kennel club SKK
- Information from the Swedish kennel club SKK
- A vaccination certificate
- A veterinary health certificate (not older than 7 days)
- A puppy package
- A nest scented rug and toy
- An exclusive magazine with information about a puppy's first year
- A bag of food for the first days
- Lifelong support for your puppy
Puppies moving abroad
Sometimes puppies from our kennel are moved abroad. Due to the mandatory rabies vaccination, these puppies are not allowed to cross the border until they are at least 15 weeks old (rules may vary by country).
Keeping a puppy at home until this age is very demanding, as it coincides exactly with the crucial socialization phase. These puppies require a lot of personal attention and are fully integrated into our family life, which requires a lot of time and energy.
Therefore, we have decided to limit international placements. Puppies will only be moved abroad if the future owner intends to show or breed with the dog.
We prefer rehoming our pups in Sweden. Do you live abroad (outside Sweden) and are you interested in one of our puppies for show or breeding purposes? Please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
